WHAT TO EXPECT
At Neath Church you will hear messages from God’s Word that are relevant to your life. We sing a mixture of contemporary Christian music and hymns. We recognize that we are not perfect, but we are forgiven followers of Jesus Christ. Come as you are, and we look forward to meeting you!

Thanksgiving Sermon Series
As we approach Thanksgiving, we need to remember that the joy of the Lord is to be our strength in the midst of the turbulent seasons of life. Join us for our new series this November as we discover how we can be strengthened through a properly sourced joy.
Winter Weather Alerts
With Christmas coming, we will keep updating our website and our Facebook page with updates on all of our services and inclement weather issues. We don't want you to miss out on anything happening, so keep your eyes peeled!
Neath Kids
Join us Sunday evening for our Neath Kids program. We are using Word of Life curriculum, including their Quiet Time Journals. For those who wish to purchase a Quiet Time journal, the cost is $20 (not required to attend). If you have questions about these new services, please email the church office.

OUR STORY
We are a non-denominational Christian church founded in 1829. We are proud to have Christians of all ages at our church, as well as Christians at different stages of their faith. We base our actions and our lives on God’s Word, the Bible. Acts 2:42 describes the early Christian church: "They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." This is what we strive to model here at Neath. We want to learn more about God, engage in fellowship with other believers, and continually recommit our lives to Jesus.
OUR IMPERFECTION
We are certainly not perfect. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." We are regular humans, making mistakes, learning, and growing. Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." There is a price to pay for being imperfect. The Bible tells us that the penalty for being sinners is eternal death and separation from God forever.
OUR SAVIOR
1 Thessalonians 5:9 says, "For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ." John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." We wholly believe that the only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ. Sin has placed a barrier between humans and God. Before Jesus was born on Earth, people had to pay for their sins by sacrificing their best livestock. Jesus served as the ultimate sacrifice, atoning for everyone's sins til the end of time and removing the barrier sin had created. Once we accept Jesus' sacrifice and enter into a personal relationship with Him, we secure salvation and our relationship with God is restored.
